These Terms govern your use of Green Trace AI (“the Service”), a software-as-a-service platform operated by Green-Trace AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Green Trace AI helps UK companies prepare audit-ready carbon and sustainability disclosures aligned with SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting) and UK SRS (UK Sustainability Reporting Standards). The Service applies DEFRA conversion factors and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering, attempting to access other users’ data, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause.
Reports generated by the Service are intended to support, not replace, professional review. You remain responsible for the accuracy of disclosures filed with Companies House, the FRC, or any other authority. Green Trace AI is not a registered auditor or legal adviser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
