If you’re an existing customer with a question about a report, a calculation, or your account, the fastest route is to reply directly to any email we’ve sent you, or write to support@greentraceai.co.uk. Telephone support is available to paying customers via your dashboard once you’re signed in.
If you believe you’ve found a security issue affecting Green Trace AI or its customers, please email security@greentraceai.co.uk. We’ll acknowledge within 2 business days and work with you on responsible disclosure. More detail is on the security page.
