How it works

Discovery call (30 min, free)— you walk me through what you want to build. I tell you if it’s achievable in the sprint window and what the output will look like.
Scope document— I send a one-page written scope within 24 hours. You approve it before any work starts or any money changes hands.
Sprint— I work in your repo (or a fork), commit daily, and give you a progress update at the halfway point. No disappearing acts.
Handover— working code merged into your main branch, documented, tested, and explained on a call. You own it entirely.

Proof of work

I built Green Trace AI— a production Next.js SaaS using the Anthropic Claude API for document extraction, Supabase (EU West) for data, and Stripe for subscriptions. It extracts structured emissions data from real UK utility bills, applies DEFRA 2025 conversion factors, and generates SECR-compliant PDF reports. The codebase is TypeScript throughout, with Zod validation on every Claude output and a human-review step before any calculation runs.
